We spent our day in Vernazza this past Saturday, one of the five towns that makes up the Cinque Terre region, on a natural rock beach. Swimming in the Mediterranean Sea is without a doubt one of my favorite experiences since living here - you literally just float in the water as if you were weightless, or close to it, anyway. This town has stolen my heart - it was very difficult to leave.
